The Cellulite Problem Revisited

So before you spend a cent, a dollar, a penny whatever your currency is on cellulite treatments, take a few moments to read this. It will save you a lot of grief, a lot of time, and a lot of money.

So bear with me for a moment as we review the goal of cellulite reduction therapies.

So if you’ve looked at other articles on this website you will know that one of the main aims of cellulite reduction therapy is to reduce the amount of fat in your fat cells in a particular area.

In for example the thighs, the abdomen, the buttocks, and arms, too much fat is THE major cause of cellulite.

This helps prevent the enlarged fat cells from pushing against the surrounding connective tissue, which reduces the bubbly cottage cheese-like appearance of cellulite.

So whatever treatment you eventually opt for you will notice that they target the fat in your cells in one way or another. So far so good. But here’s the thing, where do you think that fat goes to?

It has to go somewhere. It can’t just disappear. The fat will not just vanish into thin air.

If you know anything about stored fat you will know it is an energy source. A big energy source.

This means that it must be used to produce energy for metabolic purposes to diminish.

But whether or not that occurs depends on so many interrelated factors, and the likelihood is that you will burn very little of the released fat.

So now you’ve got all this fat in your circulation, with nowhere to go and nothing to do.

Oh, oh…… this could be a big problem, … but the body has to do something with it, so it stores it again somewhere else.

So all you’ve done is shovel the fat from one part of the body to another.

Don’t Fall Into The Trap Of just Moving Fat Around

What’s the point of that? There is none. It provides a temporary solution at best.

And here is something you may also be interested in. Fat does not just enter a fat cell and stay there until it is needed.

No, it is constantly leaving fat cells in one area and traveling around the body, to fat cells in another area. In fact, the fat in your fat cells turns over about once every month.

So sooner or later, fat will return to the area you have just spent a great deal of time and expense removing it from.

This brings me to the second point. Why did you have too much fat in your fat cells in the first place to give you cellulite?

Was it because you ate too much fat? Unlikely, as it is very difficult to overeat on fat for several reasons, and secondly fat intake isn’t the biggest cause of body fat. Carbohydrate intake is.

So all of a sudden your cellulite treatment has become slightly more complicated than you want it to be.

Well, how about this advice to help you?

To Reduce Your Cellulite:-

1. Train your body to burn fat.

2. Stop your body making fat from carbohydrates and storing it.

3. Then if you wish, have some cellulite treatment to mould and target the areas you want to.

Problem solved.

The moral of the story is whatever the problem is,…….. you must target the cause first before you can put the problem right.

For example, if you keep damaging the front bumper of your car, it doesn’t matter how many times you have the bumper repaired, it will still keep being damaged.

Until that is you correct the underlying cause, ie. fix the brakes, or get your eyesight tested, otherwise you will still keep damaging the bumper.

If you really want to get to grips with the fat in your fat cells and reduce that cellulite, take a look at our flagship weight loss course “Five Easy Steps To Simple Stress-Free Weight-Loss” Find out more here.

Then, by all means, go to a more targeted approach, but fix the initial cause first.

So in this article, we’ve discussed something that nobody considers when choosing an effective cellulite treatment. Namely, it’s all well and good removing fat from the target area, but sooner or later it is just going to return.

And that is because the removed fat is simply being temporarily stored in fat cells in another part of the body. Think of it as having multiple warehouses, and constantly moving stock from one to another. There is no net loss of stock. Unless you can reduce the stock, there won’t be any real benefit.

Now that’s a sobering thought. So target the stock first and then you can reduce the size of the warehouses. Sound good? And when you know how to do this everything will slot very nicely into place.
